Here’s how to request a replacement :

Raise a Request: Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and pictures of the incorrect item.

Review Time: Allow us up to 48 working hours to evaluate your request.

Pickup Process: Once approved, we’ll arrange for a courier to collect the incorrect product.

No Pickup Available? Don’t worry - we’ll guide you through an alternative method.

Replacement Dispatch: Once the return is picked up, we’ll send out your correct product (subject to stock availability). If not available, we’ll issue a full refund.
Received a Damaged Item?

Send Proof: Share clear photos of the damaged product, your order ID, and an open-box video showing the condition of the item as it was unpacked.

No Pickup Available? We’ll help you with an alternative return method.

Replacement Dispatch: Once the damaged item is picked up, we’ll send out a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund.
Returns & Replacements Will Not Be Accepted If:

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is processed. Unfortunately, once your order is in the processing stage or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
